Start your morning with a peaceful boat tour around the beautiful island of Nólsoy. This relaxing sightseeing cruise is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Faroese nature, wildlife, and coastal scenery in the soft morning light.
We begin the trip in the old harbour of Tórshavn and sail slowly north through Nólsoyar Fjørður, giving you a wonderful view of the capital from the sea. We continue toward Hoyvíkshólmur before heading east toward Nólsoy and Stongin. Along the eastern coastline of Nólsoy, we explore sea caves when conditions allow and pass through areas where seals, seabirds, and puffins are often seen. You will also pass historic lighthouses and enjoy wide ocean views, calm waters, and rich birdlife – perfect for nature lovers, photographers, and anyone seeking an unforgettable opportunity to explore the Faroe Islands.
We require a minimum of 5 passengers for the tour to operate, and we have the capacity to take up to 23 passengers on board.

Bursatanga is a quiet hillside neighbourhood on the eastern edge of Tórshavn, known for its sweeping views over the capital and the surrounding fjords. Positioned above the coastline, it offers a unique vantage point where the city’s colourful rooftops meet the dramatic Faroese landscape.
The area stretches along the slope facing Nólsoyarfjørður, giving residents and visitors a clear line of sight toward the island of Nólsoy and the ever‑changing North Atlantic. Its elevation creates a natural divide between the bustling town centre below and the open, windswept hills that rise behind it.
Walking through Bursatanga, you’ll find a blend of modern Faroese homes, quiet streets, and pockets of green that reflect the calm, spacious character of the neighbourhood. The nearby walking paths lead toward the higher terrain above Tórshavn, where the views expand across Tangafjørður, Hoyvík, and the surrounding mountains.
With its peaceful atmosphere, scenic outlook, and close connection to both nature and city life, Bursatanga offers a distinctive perspective on Tórshavn—one that captures the gentle rhythm and understated beauty of the Faroese capital.
A minimum of 5 adult tickets is required for the tour to operate. This condition can be met through bookings made either individually or by multiple parties.
By booking 14 adult tickets you ensure a private tour. By request we can arrange this tour for groups of up to 31 guests in two boats, each with their own skipper/guide.
Scheduled tours are available from May to September. From September to May, tours can be arranged upon request. Reach out to us to check availability.
Please bring clothing appropriate for the season. Warm and comfortable attire is recommended, along with rain gear if necessary. Stay prepared to enjoy your tour comfortably, no matter the weather.

In the event of unfavorable local weather conditions, we may adjust the departure time of your tour. If weather conditions make the tour entirely unsuitable, it will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund. We ensure all changes are communicated to you as early as possible to minimize any inconvenience.
